What is blank stock?
“Blank Stock” is a term used to describe a non-personalized card. This means that no text will be printed on the card. The only printing on the card will be the design itself. In a few instances, if there is pre-printed text on the design of the card, this will also be on your blank stock order.

Are all items available as blank stock?
Not all items are available as blank stock. If you do not see the blank stock option listed with the product’s pricing, the product cannot be purchased as blank stock.

What is "Custom Printed"?
“Custom Printed” is a term used to describe a card personalized with your requested line(s) of text. You will be entering your text word-for-word in the line boxes provided below, exactly as you would like it to appear on the card. If you like the verbiage of the text on the sample card, you will need to re-type it in the text lines, customizing the relevant portions to pertain to your event.

What is Return Address Printing?
Return Address Printing involves printing the return address of the host, hostess or honoree on the back flap of the envelope, (as shown below). You will need to choose a quantity and font for your Return Address Printing as well.


If you have ordered reply card envelopes, and have requested return address printing, the return address will be printed on the front center of the envelope, not the back flap.

What is Recipient/Front Address Printing?
Recipient/Front Address Printing involves printing the mailing address of the invitees on the front of the envelopes, so that all the host or hostess has to do is stuff, stamp and mail the invitation. You will need to choose a font for your Recipient Address Printing as well.
Return Address Printing for Your Envelopes
For reply/response cards, return address printing will be done on the front of the envelopes, instead of the back flap.

What is a proof?
A proof is an emailed or faxed image of how your card will appear when it is printed. For most items, you must select the proof option in order to receive a proof. However, a few items require a proof be purchased and approved before printing. Proofs are not available for all items. Proofs are sent in full color via email. Once you receive the proof email, we encourage you to reply to our email as soon as possible. Your order will not be printed until we hear back from you regarding the proof. Your card’s noted processing time will begin after the final proof approval. If changes are needed on the proof, there is no fee to make the changes. However, if an additional proof is required, fees may apply from $3.00 - $20.00, depending on the manufacturer of the item. Please note that once you have approved your proof, any inconsistencies with the printed product will be your responsibility.

How soon will I receive my proof?
Proofs are typically emailed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Proofs for Noteworthy Collection items and Birchcraft Studio holiday cards with logos will be emailed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Orders must be received by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on a business day to be considered as an order for that day. Otherwise, the order will be considered ‘received’ on the following business day. Once you receive the proof email, we encourage you to reply to our email as soon as possible. Your order will not be printed until we hear back from you regarding the proof. Your card’s noted processing time will begin after the final proof approval.

What is Rush Processing?
If you need to receive your order faster than the standard processing time shown, you will have the option to rush your order for an additional fee. Rush availability will depend upon the stock status, and a customer service representative will contact you if the rush processing is not available for any reason. Once we have begun processing your order, rush processing is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

If I select Rush Processing, when will my order ship?
For most vendors, if rush processing has been selected, your order will print and ship within 1-2 business days. Your rush order must be received by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on a business day to be considered an order for that day. If a proof is requested, it will be emailed within 1 business day of the order being placed. The processing times noted above will begin after your proof approval has been received. Once your order is ready to ship, delivery time will depend upon the shipping method selected during checkout, (Ground, 2nd Day or Next Day Air).
